From quick fix-it projects to garden enhancements, and even restaurant renovations, Norma tackles it all with expertise, humor and some serious style.

Donning her fashionable toolbelt, Norma sets out this third season to take on challenging projects with her signature New York-diva style. In each episode, Norma teams up with female homeowners, furthering her mission to instill the confidence in women to enter the traditionally male-dominated realm of home repair projects. Norma's goal is to prove that any woman can take on just about any home improvement endeavor. This season, Norma spreads the good word of the TOOLBELT DIVA by taking on a vast array of creative but practical home improvement projects. Her adventures also bring her back to her hometown of Brooklyn, NY, where in one very special episode the Borough's president makes a surprise appearance and dedicates a day to the TOOLBELT DIVA.

Each episode of TOOLBELT DIVA chronicles the two-day interaction between Norma and a protege, from their first meeting to plan the home improvement project they will tackle, to a shopping excursion for supplies, to Norma and the homeowner putting the finishing touches on their handiwork. Led by Norma and her "do it yourself" mindset, viewers quickly see that these women can achieve anything.
