LAS VEGAS, March 7 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NTN Buzztime, Inc. (AMEX:NTN) announced today at the International Nightclub & Bar/Beverage Retailer/Beverage & Food Convention and Trade Show, the largest trade show for the industry, that they have re-branded their NTN iTV restaurant and sports bar interactive game network as the "Buzztime Network."
The Buzztime Network is now operating in over 4,000 restaurants and sports bars in North America and the United Kingdom, and seen or played by millions of patrons each month. The re-branding effort completes the extension of the company's Buzztime brand across all platforms on which the company's games are currently deployed, including cable TV, satellite TV, mobile phones, electronic games, card games, books and the internet. The single-brand approach is designed to increase the awareness of the company's interactive entertainment on all platforms and drive more players into the thousands of restaurants and sports bars that subscribe to the Buzztime Network.

The company's single-brand treatment is designed to:

* Leverage Buzztime's licensees' marketing programs within the cable TV,
satellite TV, mobile entertainment, electronic games and internet
industries to drive more awareness, demand and usage of the company's
unique entertainment network in restaurants and sports bars.
* Increase internal efficiencies by creating, producing and buying
creative materials around one brand.

The Buzztime brand now replaces the NTN brand throughout the Network in restaurants and sports bars including promotions, advertisements, the news and sports ticker, point-of-sale materials, prizes, sale and marketing material as well as the way in which the company communicates to its players and partners. The company's U.K.-based Network in restaurants and pubs was launched earlier this year under the Buzztime Network brand.
