ABSOLUT Reveals the World-Class Music Artists Creating Remixes for ABSOLUT KRAVITZ

Ten of the world's most innovative music artists have remixed LENNY KRAVITZ's collaborative project with ABSOLUT

NEW YORK, March 8 /PRNewswire/ -- Following the launch of ABSOLUT KRAVITZ -- an exciting new music project which saw global music icon Lenny Kravitz writing an exclusive new dance track inspired by ABSOLUT itself -- ABSOLUT is taking the project to the next level. Lenny Kravitz's track 'Breathe' is just the starting point for a chain of creative inspiration, as 10 leading music producers, composers and DJs -- chosen by ABSOLUT from across the musical spectrum and from all over the world -- contribute their own unique interpretation of the original track.

ABSOLUT can confirm a truly global line-up of remixing talent for ABSOLUT KRAVITZ, each artist a leading figure within a different genre of dance music: Little Louie Vega from the US, Wang Lei from China, Latinsizer (Pepe Mogt) from Mexico, Nikko Patrelakis from Greece, Chromeo from Canada, Ashley Beedle (X-Press 2) from the UK, Eric Roberson from the US, Jazzanova from Germany, The Presets from Australia and Luny Tunes from the US.

The ABSOLUT KRAVITZ remixes will not be for sale as part of the ABSOLUT KRAVITZ project. Instead they will be available to download for free from http://www.absolutkravtiz.com/, along with a specially commissioned video for each remix.

This second phase of the ABSOLUT KRAVITZ project will be launched at a spectacular event at The Skylight Studios on the 2nd March. Invited guests will initially enter a white cocktail lounge and performance area where Little Louie Vega, Luny Tunes and Eric Roberson will perform their remixes live. They will then walk through to the contrasting darkly-lit main stage which mirrors the environment of the 'Breathe' video -- shown for the very first time at the event. Here, Lenny Kravitz will perform his original version, along with some of his other tracks. A series of local launch events will support the global launch throughout the world.
