(NASDAQ:PACT), a leading provider of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and telemarketing services, call center, Direct Response Television (DRTV) and Value-Added Services (VAS) in China, announced today that it has been selected by Chinachem Group (www.ChinachemGroup.com), a leading multi-national property development conglomerate based in Hong Kong, to provide CRM, telemarketing, cross-selling, membership database management, direct marketing and call center services.

Chinachem Group's holdings include residential, commercial, industrial properties, shopping malls, car-parks and hotels. Chinachem Group has over 30 years of history and has completed over 300 tower-blocks in Hong Kong and China.

Under agreement, PacificNet and its subsidiary PacificNet Epro will provide customer relationship management (CRM), telemarketing and other contact center services to Chinachem's over 500,000 residents, commercial occupants, and tenants.

Recently, Chinachem Group initiated a customer loyalty marketing campaign with the goal to boost value-added services and cross-selling revenues from its over 500,000 residents and tenants and hundreds of products and service providers. Based on the current membership database provided by Chinachem Group, PacificNet will deliver a broad array of services, including database management, data-mining, and other CRM and value-added service technologies to promote membership card sales and distribution. The membership card will entitle its members to receive shopping discounts from a series of leading retailers, hotels, travel agencies, bars and restaurants, cinemas, and other services offered by Chinachem Group as well as up-to-date lifestyle information to benefit Chinachem Club members (www.ChinachemClub.com).
