WHY Senior citizens are increasingly wanting to stay in their
homes and remain independent longer, but are living in
houses that need ramps, handrails and other safety
modifications installed. Many seniors are also unable to
afford to have general repairs done. Additionally, as the
baby-boomer generation ages, senior citizen homes are unable
to accommodate the growing senior population, so helping
seniors stay in their homes longer is fast becoming a
necessity.
