First the celebrities are given a series of intensive exercises by the Seal Beach lifeguards to help whip them into shape. While Gunnar Nelson gives it his all, Tempestt Bledsoe looks like she is phoning it in. Tempestt does as little work as possible, much to the ire of her fellow teammates and Harvey. The Weigh In Ceremony has mixed results. While Gunnar exceeds his weight loss target for the second time in a row, Countess Vaughn has another disappointing result, even after gong on a retreat with Dr. Linda to help her work through the emotional issues involving her divorce. Young MC encounters temptation when he meets up at a fried food restaurant with his old friend Tone Loc.

"Flavor of Love" NEW EPISODE

Flavor Flav is a good luck person. So he needs a good luck woman. To test the girls on this trait, he flies the seven remaining women to Vegas on his private jet. The girl who wins the most money at the roulette table will accompany him on a private date in a five star Vegas restaurant while the other girls hit a taco stand and head for the strip clubs. The next day, Flav challenges the girls to the Five Senses Heptathlon, testing each of the girls on their smell, taste, sound, touch, and... visual assets. So after sniffing, licking, groping, ogling, and listening to the girls sing badly, Flav tallies the scores. The girl who scored the highest overall gets some private time with Flav in his Jacuzzi bath. Flav finds a lucky girl who appeals to all his senses, but his world is thrown upside down when some tragic news affects his elimination plans. One girl leaves... but not the one Flav intended.

ON VH1 Classic

Cyndi Lauper stops by the VH1 Classic studio for an all-new hour-long "Hangin' With" premiering on Friday, January 27 at 7:00 PM. The intimate in- studio interview will feature an acoustic performance of Lauper's hit songs including "Change Of Heart," "She Bop," and "Time After Time" as well as "I'll Be Your River" off of Lauper's new album, "Body Acoustic." Lauper also sat down with VH1 classic host Amy Scott to discuss everything from making her new album to performing in "The Three Penny Opera" on Broadway.

Following her intimate acoustic performance Cyndi Lauper takes the stage to perform for a sold-out crowd during "Decades Rock Live" premiering on VH1 Classic on Friday, January 27 at 8:00 PM. "Decades Rock Live" is an innovative new live concert series that features performances by celebrated artists from rock to soul who have influenced popular music over the last 50 years, as well as performances from some of today's hottest recording acts who have been inspired by these legends. The concert honoring Cyndi Lauper will feature special guests including Scott Weiland, Shaggy, Ani DiFranco, The Hooters and Pat Monahan of Train.
