ORLANDO, Fla., Jan. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Raven Moon Entertainment, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: RVMN) is pleased to announce that its Board of Directors has approved a new plan that will be made public shortly to reward its loyal long-term shareholders.

Although still in its formative stage in terms of up-front investment needed to achieve business goals of building a following for its entertainment products that will result in revenue from merchandising and licensing, Raven Moon has made solid progress with a library of 24 half-hour programs and 140 music videos that are paid for in full and debt-free. In addition, the company has signed broadcast agreements with 227 television station including CBS, ABC, NBC, FOX, WB, UPN and PBS affiliates throughout the United States, is planning a new June 2006 launch to public broadcasting stations via WPBT-Miami, and is planning to produce a new G-rated family movie called "GINA D & THE TRANSISTOR SISTERS (R) -- In Search of the Golden Record."
