Company Surpasses the 4,000-Site Milestone for Restaurant and Sports Bar Subscribers
CARLSBAD, Calif., Jan. 11 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- NTN Buzztime, Inc. (AMEX:NTN), a leader in interactive television entertainment and technology, announced today that it ended 2005 with 4,019 restaurants and sports bar customers in North America, the highest site count in the Company's history. The continued growth of the iTV Network was driven primarily by strong marketing and sales efforts and new programming.

The Company announced on January 4, 2006 that the NTN iTV Network will be completely re-branded as the Buzztime Network by the end of March 2006. This will complete the consumer-focused re-branding strategy of all of the Company's entertainment products under the Buzztime brand, to enable cross-promotion between the restaurants and sports bars, cable TV, satellite TV, retail electronic games, mobile phone games and publications.
