China Digital Media Corporation Announces the Extension of Key Consultants' Contracts

HONG KONG, Jan. 12 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Digital Media Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: CDGT) announces today that the Company renewed the contracts of XianQi Yan and ZhiYong Tung as consultants for one year. Both consultants have extensive knowledge and experience in broadcasting policy, television programs production and consultant services in China.

Mr. Yan was the former Director-General of State Administrative of Radio, Firm and Television in Guangdong Provincial, Chairman of Guangdong Television Artists Association and the Founder of Guangdong Cable Network Company. Mr. Tung was the former Vice President of Guangdong Television Station and Director of Television Unit in Zhujiang Movie Production House. Both consultants have served the Company since June 2005.
