PanAmSat Declares Fourth Quarter 2005 Dividend

WILTON, Conn., Dec. 19 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- PanAmSat Holding Corporation today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly dividend for the period from October 1, 2005 to December 31, 2005, in the amount of $0.3875 per share, payable on or about January 17, 2006, to stockholders of record as of December 30, 2005. Such quarterly amount is equivalent to a rate of $1.55 per share on an annual basis.

PanAmSat intends to pay regular quarterly dividends pursuant to its dividend policy. However all subsequent dividends will be declared by the PanAmSat board of directors at its discretion.
