* 10:00 a.m. & 1:00 p.m. (ET) - "Hockey Fan Franklin" / "Mother Hen
Franklin"

(6th Season Premiere Episode) - Franklin wins a contest to skate with professional hockey star, Bill Buffalo. Overcome with nervous jitters, Franklin performs poorly at the arena in front of his family and friends and worst of all -- his hockey hero. When Bill Buffalo secretly visits the frozen pond to watch the local kids play hockey, he sees how skillful a player Franklin truly is. Then, Franklin feels responsible for Harriet scraping her knee in a wagon ride mishap. To preclude all risk of future injury, Franklin becomes overprotective and discourages Harriet from doing just about everything. Eventually Franklin learns that small scrapes and bruises are part of growing up as we explore and play in the world around us.

* 10:30 a.m. and 1:30 p.m. (ET) - "Franklin's Go Cart Race" / "Sir
Franklin's Squire"

(New episode) - Franklin and friends develop a unique design for a two- wheeled go-cart for Mr. Owl's class project. Then, Franklin the Green Knight, helps Squire Snail prove he's worthy of knighthood too, as the two friends embark on a challenging quest.

* 11:00 a.m. and 2:00 p.m. (ET) - "Franklin Stays Up" / "Franklin's
Bargain"

Franklin and friends have a backyard camp out to stay awake all night and watch the sunrise. But will they sleep through a pancake breakfast? Striking up a deal with Dad to do extra chores, Franklin gets an advance on his allowance to buy the much coveted Super Snooper Spy Kit.

* 11:30 a.m. and 2:30 p.m. (ET) - "Franklin's Float" / "Franklin's Party
Plans"

Franklin learns bigger isn't always better when he and his friends create a parade float of mammoth proportions, but realize they haven't got the strength to move it! Then, Skunk is sad that she's moving away, so Franklin throws a surprise party to boost everyone's spirits.

* 12:00 p.m. and 3:00 p.m. (ET) - "Franklin the Teacher" / "Franklin's
Allergy"

Franklin feels he's neglected his duties as big brother in preparing Harriet for school. His math and spelling lessons are lost on Harriet, who just wants to play. Then, Franklin discovers that his sneezing outbursts only happen when he's near his friend Bear!

* 12:30 p.m. and 3:30 p.m. (ET) - "Franklin Loses a Book" / "Franklin
Likes Betty"

Franklin gets tired of reading Harriet's favorite book to her over and over and devises a plan to have it go temporarily missing. Then, Franklin's new friendship with Beaver's cousin Betty is tested after someone suggests that Franklin now has a girlfriend!

The half-hour animated series, Franklin, airs regularly everyday at 10:00 a.m. (ET) and 1:00 p.m. (ET) on NOGGIN. Each episode of Franklin features two charming 11-minute stories. Franklin, based on the popular children's books written by Paulette Bourgeois, stars an irrepressible turtle who, together with his forest friends, works his way through everyday dilemmas. Franklin learns how he fits into the world and how the world fits him. Like most children, Franklin learns by making mistakes. When he fibs, gets lost, or acts bossy, he usually finds solutions himself, learning lessons the Franklin way.

Franklin comes face to face with situations common to viewers' own lives, like playing with friends, getting lost and learning to handle uncomfortable feelings. The program offers models of age-appropriate problem-solving, ethical behavior and management of emotions. By supporting viewers' appreciation of language use and story structure, programs like Franklin promote early literacy.
