China Digital Media Corporation Renews CEO Contract For an Additional Three Years

HONG KONG, Dec. 15 /Xinhua-PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- China Digital Media Corporation (''Digimedia'') (BULLETIN BOARD: CDGT) announced today that the company has renewed CEO Daniel C.S. Ng's Executive contract for an additional three years. Mr. Ng is known to be one of Hong Kong's top digital technology executives.

Mr. Ng specializes in multi-media and information technology related investment projects. Mr. Ng has served as Chairman and CEO of China Digital Media Corporation since 2004. Prior to becoming the Chairman and CEO of the company, Mr. Ng had been the Chairman and CEO of DCP Holdings Limited, a listed company on the Hong Kong stock exchange from 2000 to 2001. Mr. Ng has also served as the Director of Cable Multimedia Services of Hong Kong, the first cable TV operator in Hong Kong. From 1995 to 1998, Mr. Ng was the founder and President of Hong Kong Star Internet Limited, the first commercial ISP in Hong Kong. Mr. Ng was a founding member and was elected as the first Chairman of Hong Kong Internet Service Providers Association during 1996 to 1999.
