Enter 2006 at Hackney Gospel Celebration and You Could Win a Plasma TV!

LONDON, December 15/PRNewswire/ -- Hackney is set to enter 2006 with a bang as more than 20,000 people are
expected to descend on the London Borough for the biggest Christian New Year
celebration the town has ever seen.

The show stopping event - dubbed Cross Over into a New Season - will
bring together some of gospel music's greatest national and international
artistes including multiple Grammy and Dove award nominee Nicole C. Mullen,
world renowned worship leader Dr Ron Kenoly, quintet of brothers The Katinas,
and the UK's award winning London Community Gospel Choir.

The action-packed all night celebration will be streamed into more than
200 countries around the globe via the UK and Europe's leading Christian
broadcaster, GOD TV (Sky Digital 671).

Host Pastor Matthew Ashimolowo says: "Watchnight is a major event on the
KICC calendar; it's a time when we are able to reach out to the local
community and bring them lasting hope and joy. Christmas and New Year is a
time to rejoice but for a growing number of people in today's consumer
society, it can also be a season where people feel lonely and desperately
dejected. We want to let people know that there is still something to believe
in."

In an innovative bid to impact the community, this contemporary church
will be offering prizes to those who register for the free event. "It's our
vision to see souls saved. So, to get them to church we've decided to run a
free prize draw. Everyone who registers for the event will be entered into
the draw. The winners will be drawn out at random, so someone could be
walking away with a Plasma Screen TV or one of the iPODs we're also giving
away. This is undoubtedly church with a difference!"

Watchnight 2005 takes place at 57 Waterden Road, Hackney, London E15 2EE
from 8pm to 4am December 31 2005. Admission is free!
