Eight Percent of Adults Experienced Major Depression in Past Year

An estimated 17 million adults ages 18 and older reported having experienced at least one major depressive episode during the past year. This is according to the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA). Around two thirds of them reported receiving treatment for that depression in the past year, according to the new report, "Depression among Adults."

UPDATED: Sony BMG Commences Compact Disc Exchange Program for XCP Content Protected CDs

SONY B-M-G Music Entertainment has announced the commencement of a mail-in program through which consumers can exchange compact discs containing X-C-P content protection software for a replacement version of the same C-D without the X-C-P software, in addition to receiving M-P-3 files of that C-D. X-C-P content protection software is included on 52 SONY B-M-G titles.
