Motion DNATV Show Opens to Light Arizona Viewing Audience, But Show Looks Promising

Motion DNATV Show Opens to Light Arizona Viewing Audience, But Show Looks Promising

SCOTTSDALE, Ariz., Nov. 2 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Motion DNA Corporation (Pink Sheets: MTDX) is pleased to announce it has completed and aired the first episode of the Motion DNA television show.

"The overnight ratings were actually pretty good for the first show with zero advertising to promote it ahead of time," said Zig Ziegler, President and CEO of Motion DNA. "We are expecting our viewing audience to grow immensely over the next few weeks as we increase our marketing efforts."

According to the Nielsen Ratings released by KAZ-TV, Motion DNA: Blending Sports, Fitness and Science scored a .3 rating for the second half of the 30 minute broadcast which featured the analysis of a high school athlete's running mechanics. The average rating for the show was .1, which suggests approximately 7-10,000 viewers. Company officials estimate this same rating on a national broadcast would have garnered close to 400,000 viewers.

According to Emmy award-winning producer, Dan Cernia of CAI Televisions and Associates, "This is a good start for a show of this type on local television. The ratings for the second half of the show suggests that viewers tuned in late and saw enough to stick around through the end."

The initial broadcast showed real-time demonstrations of the company's BioCap and BioTrainer software. In addition to the high school athlete's running analysis, Ziegler and his staff analyzed the biomechanics of a collegiate basketball player. Viewers saw a 3D-animation and analysis by Ziegler, which included identifying physical limitations in the athletes body that caused him to miss many of his free throws and jump shots to the left.

"I believe, if used properly, we could eliminate or reduce Shaquille O'Neal's free throw shooting problems in the same amount of time that we identified and improved the athlete on the show," Ziegler added.

Copies of the opening broadcast and future shows will be rebroadcast throughout the year and also made available to members of the company's new website set to launch this weekend, www.motiondnatv.com
