Customized Greyhound Bus Rocks the Red Carpet at Third Annual VIBE Awards

LOS ANGELES, Nov. 10 /PRNewswire/ -- What is black, chrome and rumored to be the sleekest new thing to hit Los Angeles? It's Funkmaster Flex's latest project -- a customized Greyhound bus. Making its debut on Nov. 12 at the Third Annual VIBE Awards in Los Angeles, the bus will bring flash and sizzle to the party that's already off the chain.

The appearance at the VIBE Awards is the first stop for the bus in the new relationship between Funkmaster Flex and Greyhound. The customized bus will be used in several grassroots and promotional activities throughout 2005 and 2006, including the "Greyhound Unleashed" tour. "Greyhound Unleashed" is a marketing campaign that will work much like a concert tour, as the bus and Funkmaster Flex make stops at various venues across the country.

Ten winners of the "Greyhound Unleashed" promotion and their friends will arrive in style via the bus and have prime seats for stargazing on the red carpet. The bus will be featured on UPN when the VIBE Awards air on Nov. 15, 2005.

Funkmaster Flex will perform throughout the awards bringing his talents from the DJ booth and the garage to center stage. Flex will continue to renovate the interior of the bus during the next few months. The customization process and the final bus will be unveiled in a future episode of "All Muscle with Funkmaster Flex" on ESPN2.
