Fraternity 'Rocks the Campus' in Memory of Brother Who Battled Lymphoma

RICHARDSON, Texas, Aug. 24 /PRNewswire/ -- The Texas Chi chapter of Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity will be hosting "Rock the Campus for the Cure" outside the Student Union of the University of Texas at Dallas on September 10, 2005. Gates open at 6:30 p.m. The concert will be honoring Sigma Alpha Epsilon fraternity brother Brad Monks, a student of UT Dallas who lost the battle with lymphoma this summer. The evening lineup includes Frolic, Fallen from the Nest, Generic, Rose Down and Sidekick Mafia -- all local bands that have donated their time and talents for the charitable cause. All proceeds will be donated to the North Texas Chapter of The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society.
