Direct Marketing Veteran Joins Leading Supplier of Pay-Per-Lead Advertising
CHICAGO, May 24 /PRNewswire/ -- Target + Response, Inc. -- a leading supplier of targeted, pay-per-lead radio and Internet advertising -- today announced the appointment of Brian Blanchard as its vice president of business development. In his new post, Blanchard will be based at the company's recently launched Minneapolis office, where he will spearhead expansion and business development efforts.

Blanchard comes to Target + Response with more than 20 years of senior level experience at major advertising and direct marketing agencies. This includes nine years as senior vice president in charge of new business activities for Novus Print Media (Plymouth, MN) -- part of the Omnicom family of companies and one of the nation's largest discount print media buying firms. He also introduced and oversaw all direct marketing capabilities at full-service ad agencies Northlich (Cincinnati) and Campbell Mithun (Minneapolis). Other agency experience includes managing business development at Carlson Marketing Group (Minnetonka, MN), a leader in customer loyalty programs, and managing B2B programs at MORE Direct (Minneapolis).
Earlier in his career, Blanchard also gained experience working on the client side of the agency/client relationship, serving as marketing manager for the Cable Value Network (CVN) and as assistant product manager for Unicover Corporation.
