BSEG and BJ Davis Reach Full and Mutual Agreement

HOLLYWOOD, Calif., May 26 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Big Screen Entertainment Group, Inc., announces that company CEO Kimberley Kates and company founder, BJ Davis, have come to terms on an agreement that releases the company and production slate, resolving all pending issues. Kates and Davis are both pleased to have all matters resolved and the company back to business. The creative duo is fully committed to the commercial success of BSEG and its film properties.

Kates and Davis have agreed to maintain a previously scheduled mid September release of the BSEG headliner comedy, "Forget About It," starring screen legends Burt Reynolds and Raquel Welch, produced by Kates and Davis and directed by BJ Davis who comes from the action ranks as a film and television director.

BSEG congratulates recent Academy Award nominee Burt Reynolds on his latest box office releases ("The Longest Yard," "Starsky and Hutch II" and "Dukes of Hazzard"). BSEG's premiere of "Forget About It" will be strategically placed after the Summer box office releases and prior to the much anticipated Fall film hopefuls for the holiday season. BSEG and Davis expect that "Forget About It" will be commercially successful and well received in all media markets, domestically and internationally.
