Lewis Alburn, promoter and music artist-producer was pleased to see another sell-out show at the El Ray Theatre last night. Hip hop artists Non Phixion got the crowd into a dance frenzy, and Souls took them to hip-hop heaven. The multi-ethnic crowd certainly showed that music is capable of bringing it all together in a peacefully raucous manner. Lewis was also expressing his inner composure about new tracks he is cutting for a cd of his own, as well as the chance of re-joining DJ Ice9, his elder brother, for some more Urban Love Productions. Urban Love was responsible for much of the beginnings of hi hop promotions in the early 90's creating the Purple Shield parties and many other shows at venues such as Raging Waters and The Palace. Ice9 is also working on tracks for a cd.
