AirTran Airways Tees It Up to Benefit Travelers Aid
Registration Now Available for June 3-5 Golf Tournament on Grand Bahama Island
ORLANDO, Fla., March 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- AirTran Airways, a subsidiary of AirTran Holdings, Inc. (NYSE:AAI), once again will host the AirTran Airways Grand Bahama Golf Classic, a charity golf tournament being held June 3-5, 2005, at the Westin at Our Lucaya Beach & Golf Resort on Grand Bahama Island.
All proceeds from the AirTran Airways Grand Bahama Golf Tournament benefit Travelers Aid, which annually serves more than 9,000 homeless throughout the metropolitan Atlanta area.
The three-day, all-inclusive tournament, hosted by Neal Boortz of WSB-AM, features 36 holes of championship golf, roundtrip airfare from Atlanta courtesy of AirTran Airways, hotel accommodations at the Westin at Our Lucaya, ground transportation, meals and prizes.
