("TransAKT" or the "Company") (BULLETIN BOARD: TKTJF) announces today that the Company has entered into an agreement with Red Spider Technologies (Red Spider) for the private labeling of TransAKT's Voice over Internet Protocol ("VoIP") hardware, software and proprietary U&Me VoIP network.

Red Spider will integrate TransAKT's VoIP technology into its proprietary Spider Builder software system and offer the whole package to its current and future clients.
