(NASDAQ:MCRS) in Eastern Canada, and Manchu WOK (Canada) Inc., North America's largest chain of franchised Chinese restaurants, have signed a major account sales agreement for the purchase and installation of the MICROS RES3000 Point-of-Sale systems, combined with MICROS Workstation 4 (WS4) hardware and the easily accessible and powerful mymicros.net business intelligence portal.

Manchu WOK selected MICROS for its ability to provide near real-time, actionable data, security, durability and ease of use. To support its aggressive growth objective, Manchu WOK will purchase MICROS RES3000 software licenses and MICROS WS4 terminals. Manchu WOK owners and corporate operation teams will be able to view and analyze sales data, labor costs, inventory data and other sales related information in near real-time through the mymicros.net portal from any location, reducing the information lag from as much as six weeks to less than fifteen minutes.

Manchu WOK was founded in 1980 as a single store in Peterborough, Ontario, Canada.
