SpeechEasy(R) Appoints Amber Snyder as Manager of Sales and Marketing

GREENVILLE, N.C., Feb. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- SpeechEasy, the leading provider of electronic devices that help people who stutter speak more fluently, today announced the appointment of Amber Snyder as its manager of sales and marketing.

In the newly created post, Ms. Snyder will spearhead sales and marketing support efforts for SpeechEasy's family of advanced fluency devices.

Ms. Snyder is a speech language pathologist (SLP) with clinical experience in speech fluency disorders. For the past two years, she has worked with Janus Development Group as a SpeechEasy provider, trainer and wholesaler.

Prior to joining SpeechEasy, Ms. Snyder served as director of AGS Communication Solutions (Raleigh, NC) -- an SLP practice specializing in fluency therapy. She also served for five years as an SLP for North Carolina's Wake County and Brunswick County School Systems. In addition, she performed speech language therapy on children and adults with disabilities while earning her M.S. and B.S. (Magna Cum Laude) degrees in communication sciences and disorders at East Carolina University (Greenville, NC).

Ms. Snyder holds membership in the American Speech Hearing Association (ASHA), the North Carolina Speech Hearing and Language Association and the North Carolina Augmentative Communication Association.
