MALIBU, Calif., Feb. 24 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- JAKKS Pacific, Inc. (NASDAQ:JAKK) announced today that the Company has extended its licensing agreement with Warner Bros. Consumer Products to market and distribute the TV Games(TM) GAMEKEY(TM) expansion pack as an amendment to its original TV Games(TM) deal. The TV Games GAMEKEY products will be developed based on top properties, including Superman(TM), The Batman(TM) animated series, Justice League(TM) and Scooby-Doo(TM).

The Plug it in & Play TV Games(TM) products are gaming systems that contain multiple games in one single controller and plug directly into the A/V jacks of any standard television. The TV Games GAMEKEY expansion pack is the next-generation innovation for the award-winning TV Games product line by offering users the opportunity to add additional games made specifically for their favorite TV Games controllers, and will cost significantly less than the price of a TV Games unit.
