Eedo Context presents learning content based on the user's profile, the
software application in use, and the precise location where help is needed
within the software interface. The product enables organizations to easily
associate tutorials, help files and other knowledge assets to a specific
location on a software interface, for virtually any software application.
Through a simple drag-and-drop action, users can access help content
associated with the location as well as the user's profile, then quickly
return to the task at hand.


Eedo Context complements Eedo's ForceTen product, which enables
development and dynamic delivery of the content to the Eedo Context
interface. ForceTen also enables the content to be further contextualized to
the user's profile and preferences. Eedo Context features a search capability
whereby users can locate other content based on keywords, which are matched
against metadata tags attached to the content in ForceTen.
