Radica Games Limited Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend

HONG KONG, Jan. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Radica Games Limited (NASDAQ:RADA) announced today that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly dividend of $0.045 per share. This represents a $0.005 per share or 12.5% increase from the prior quarter's dividend.

The dividend will be payable on January 31, 2005, to shareholders of record as of January 20, 2005.
