BREA, Calif., Jan. 25 /PRNewswire/ -- Apani Networks, a leading provider of in-depth security solutions for enterprise and small-to-medium business, announced today that Nexyz Corporation, a marketing company with one of the largest customer databases in Japan, has selected the Apani(TM) Networks In-depth Network Security System to secure their corporate network of several thousand users. Nexyz builds databases and does database marketing for a large number of clients, therefore requiring the highest levels security in order to protect their customers' data.

Nexyz is involved in the planning and implementation of promotional giveaway campaigns on behalf of a wide range of companies. Nexyz contacts people who have participated in these campaigns to gather information that is then used by the companies to strengthen their customer relationships. Nexyz plans to implement the Apani Networks security solution with the INS System Universal Hardware Appliance (UHA) 500. The UHA 500 does not require software installation; it assumes the protected host's IP or MAC address and secures associated data communications. The INS System UHA 500 operates transparently on the network with no impact on network performance. Encryption keys are automatically changed at timed intervals without the need for user intervention. The UHA 500 will be generally available in Q1 2005.
