Minority Owned Joint Venture Company Formed: The Doris Biscoe Group, L.L.C.

SOUTHFIELD, Mich., Jan. 5 /PRNewswire/ -- Doris Biscoe, President of Doris Biscoe Communications, Inc. and Mike Mnich, President of CVMedia, today announced an agreement to form a minority owned joint venture Company called "The Doris Biscoe Group, L.L.C."

The Doris Biscoe Group will be an MMBDC (Michigan Minority Business Development Council) certified, minority based Media Company that merges the talents of one of Detroit's premier nightly news anchors with one of Michigan's fastest growing production companies. The Doris Biscoe Group will merge the corporate training and media expertise offered by Doris Biscoe with a full range of video, web, interactive, print design and live event production services offered by CVMedia.

A 7-year-old company that specializes in media training, Doris Biscoe Communications, Inc. develops training for executives on effective communication techniques. Her team includes several well-known Detroit media veterans including Teresa Tomeo and Wes Heath. CVMedia (a Solutions Company of Corporate Video Services, Inc.) is a 12-year veteran in the industry and provides media production services with studios located in Southfield, Michigan.
