Global Reach for VSP Offering From Voxpilot and MAP Telecom

Global Reach for VSP Offering From Voxpilot and MAP Telecom

MONACO and DUBLIN, January 5/PRNewswire/ --

- VoiceXML-based IVR services can now be deployed in 53 countries

MAP Telecom, the international voice service operator, offering
outsourced services on Voxpilot's certified Open Media Platform, has extended
the reach for deployed voice solutions to 53 countries, covering all five
continents. From January 2005, multi-lingual VoiceXML applications created on
Voxpilot's Voxbuilder, a graphical online service creation and management
environment (www.voxbuilder.com), can be brought to customers in 39 new
markets via freephone telephone numbers.

The new capabilities prove that MAP Telecom's services have reached
maturity, and address the increasing demand for VoiceXML outsourcing.
Datamonitor predicts in a recent study that the market for outsourced voice
services will grow at a staggering rate to $165.6m in 2007.

Gilles Meyer, CEO of Voxpilot, explains: "MAP is a key partner for us and
our customers. The demand for outsourced VoiceXML services is increasing, as
more and more companies realise that they want to reduce costs and minimise
risks by using a voice service provider. However, few of them are able to
offer the reliability, know-how and expertise MAP can bring to the market."

Voxpilot and MAP Telecom are taking their technology relationship to a
new level. François-Xavier Despret, CEO of MAP Telecom, adds : "Voxpilot's
Open Media Platform is one of the few platforms world-wide to be certified by
the VoiceXML Forum for its conformance to the W3C VoiceXML 2.0
Recommendation. The combination of a first-class platform technology and
MAP's expertise in setting up, operating, tuning and maintaining voice
solutions will convince customers in these new markets."

Voxpilot and MAP have been co-operating on VSP service provisioning
following the licensing of Voxpilot's platform and ODE by Monaco Telecom in
November 2003.
