RICHMOND, Va., Jan. 26 /PRNewswire/ -- Cavalier Telephone, a leading provider of integrated local, long-distance, Internet and data communication services in the Mid-Atlantic region, announced today the launching of two additional sales offices in Newport News, VA and Philadelphia, PA, that will serve as satellite offices to existing larger regional offices.
