ST. CLOUD, Minn., Jan. 6 /PRNewswire/ -- Bankers Systems, Inc.(R) and UCC Direct Services announce the direct data connection between Bankers Systems' SBA lending software, TSoft SBA FormMaster+, and UCC Direct Services' Internet-based UCC filing product, iLienOnline.

Bringing the two leading products together with this integrated connectivity is expected to help SBA lenders increase their operating efficiency, simplify their work flow, lower their costs, and improve their speed to market.

Currently, lenders originating SBA loans must use a labor and time intensive manual process to file a UCC. While their software systems might complete the UCC form, the customer must then print and submit that information manually, via fax or direct mail to the filing office.

With direct connection between the two products, lenders will instead enter the UCC information into TSoft SBA FormMaster+ and then connect to iLienOnline through a direct, secure Internet connection. The data is then available through iLienOnline for future changes, such as extensions or modifications.

Bankers Systems intends to expand the ability to electronically file UCC information from its other lending products -- the ARTA(R) Lending Documentation System and the Rembrandt(R) Lending System.

TSoft SBA FormMaster+ is the dominant software and support solution for major loan programs that are guaranteed by the Small Business Administration (SBA). The simple and easy-to-use product automates the process by which banks and other lenders complete SBA 7(a) and lender required documents for 504 loans.
