Cook Adds Momentum to Strategic Plan

DENVER, Dec. 13 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Usurf America, Inc. (BULLETIN BOARD: USURE) , a leading regional provider of wired and wireless high-speed broadband communications services, is pleased to announce that Craig A. Cook has been appointed to the Company as Vice President of Operations, as well as President of Usurf Communications Inc. (UCI), a wholly-owned subsidiary of Usurf America, starting immediately.

Cook brings a wealth of practical, hands-on experience to his position at Usurf. He comes to Usurf from Sovereign Companies, having served as the Chief Operating Officer. Previously, he was the Chief Operating Officer for Denver Public Schools and the Assistant Superintendent of Kansas City Public Schools, Kansas City, Mo., respectively. A retired Lieutenant Colonel in the U.S. Army, Cook served in various command and staff finance/accounting positions during his military service. He earned his MBA from the University of Nevada, Reno, and his BSBA from the University of Idaho. His 30+ years of experience in leading and managing complex organizations, and his expertise in finance/budgeting make him a welcome addition to the Usurf team.
