SolutionInc Enters a New Era With a New Generation of Products

HALIFAX, Dec. 6 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- SolutionInc Limited (TSX- VEN:STL) today announced the release of SolutionIP(TM) 6.0, the latest version of SolutionInc's software. This new release is based on the 2.4 Linux kernel. Integrated support for cable modem networks, support for Class B networks, adaptive one to one NAT for VPN clients, and support for emerging network technologies are some of the new features in this offering. These improvements result in the increased flexibility, security and usability for the end user.

"Building on the proven success of SolutionIP(TM), this new generation of products is the launch into a solution to design true enterprise high speed Internet offerings. We developed a second generation offering for our customers to give them increased flexibility, ownership and security," said SolutionInc President and CEO, Mr. Glen Lavigne.

Strengthened security, extended hardware support, broader plug and play support, advanced system tools, and extended proxy and email services are included in this generation. SolutionIP(TM) 6.0 also features enhanced registration pages, connectivity and print options and increased guest control.

SolutionIP(TM) 6.0 will be available for retail worldwide in January 2005.
