Science Dynamics Enters Into Agreement to Acquire Systems Management Engineering, Inc.
PENNSAUKEN, N.J., Dec. 17 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Science Dynamics Corporation -- "SciDyn" (BULLETIN BOARD: SIDY) , a developer of Internet Protocol-based (IP) telephony solutions and services, today announced that it has entered into an agreement to acquire Systems Management Engineering, Inc. (SMEI) a software development company located in Reston, Virginia. SMEI provides systems development services to government and commercial customers using Aquifer, a proprietary technology developed by SMEI to deliver secure enterprise applications in a cost effective manner to its clients. The acquisition is anticipated to close within 60 days.
