Pegasus Imaging Completes Acquisition of TMSSequoia

TAMPA, Fla., Dec. 17 /PRNewswire/ -- Pegasus Imaging Corporation today announces the acquisition of the software Component Product Technology division of TMSSequoia, including substantially all of TMSSequoia's assets. Pegasus Imaging will increase its ability to provide more advanced document imaging and forms processing software technology to its international customer base as a result of this transaction.
