LOS ANGELES and SAN FRANCISCO, Dec. 20 /PRNewswire/ -- Miramax Television has announced that all of the one-of-a-kind original creations made for 'Project Runway' will be auctioned off to the public. Proceeds from the auction will go to Dress for Success, a not for profit organization that provides interview suits, confidence boosts and career development to job seeking low-income women. Delivery Agent, the industry leader in shopping- enabled entertainment will manage the auctions and will build and operate http://www.projectrunway.com/, the official site for commerce involving all "Project Runway" merchandise.

In addition to the original creations that the public will be able to bid on via the auction process, http://www.projectrunway.com/ will also feature limited edition T-Shirts created by each of the "Project Runway" designers, as well as many other of their original creations. The site will also showcase specialty items with popular catchphrases used in the show, like "Auf Wiedersehen", Heidi Klum's trademark saying. Delivery Agent will also provide viewers with the opportunity to purchase the items worn or used by the shows participants via its Just Seen On(TM) platform.

Proceeds from the auctions will be donated to Dress for Success, an international not-for-profit organization that assists economically challenged women transitioning from unemployment to self-sufficiency, starting with the donation of one suit and continuing with ongoing support and career development. Women are referred by a diverse group of non-profit organizations, including social services agencies, domestic violence shelters and employment training programs.

Launched on December 1, 2004, Project Runway airs Wednesdays at 9pm/et on Bravo, and is the first ever reality series focusing on fashion designers. Produced by Miramax Television and hosted by supermodel Heidi Klum, the weekly program offers aspiring fashion designers a chance to break into the highly competitive fashion world. With Ms. Klum heading a panel of industry luminaries, including top women's and men's wear designer Michael Kors and Elle Magazine fashion director Nina Garcia, who will serve as judges and industry mentors charged with selecting and molding the budding designers. There are also guest judges each week based on the specific challenge.
