Multimedia Tutorial Addresses Recent Stock Symbol Change

BROOKLYN, N.Y., Dec. 10 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Multimedia Tutorial Services, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: MMTS; MMTSE), an established marketer and developer of educational products, would like to address the company's recent stock symbol change.

According to the OTCBB Issuer Filings Department of the NASD, the company's accounting firm's application for registration with the Public Company Accounting Oversight Board (the "Board") was incomplete at the time of the company's 10-K filing for 2003. This registration requirement came into effect in January 2004 under Section 102 of the Sarbanes-Oxley Act of 2002. The company's accounting firm is working diligently to resolve and address this issue.

The company's 10-K was timely filed with the SEC on June 1, 2004. The company assures the investment community that neither the company's 10-K nor any other compliance issues are the cause of the symbol change.
