FORT LAUDERDALE, Fla., Dec. 9 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Global Triad, Inc. (OTC Pink Sheets: GTRD), a publicly traded company currently on the Over-the- Counter, announces today the appointment of Nick Morf as Chief Executive Officer of the corporation. Global WiFi Plus is presently negotiating John Payne as the new CEO of Global WiFi Plus and his brother Jim Payne as Executive Vice President and Don Reyes treasurer.

Mr. Morf was voted on the Board Tuesday evening and accepted his new position immediately.

Global Triad is a holding company which supports four (4) subsidiaries which specialize in Wireless Broadband Internet and Telecommunication with Video on Demand entertainment services. Its plans are to provide Internet broadband, Voice, Data and Video on Demand services worldwide as a roaming Wireless WiFi seamless network through 802.11. The company owns Global WiFi Plus, which provides broadband wireless Internet service to hotels, resorts, businesses and consumers worldwide. Global WiFi Plus is presently negotiating contracts that shall bring in over of a half a million dollars in revenue throughout 2005, from 7 territories in the U.S. and overseas.

Global WiFi Plus is also negotiating their first wireless system in Miami, Florida and is preparing to demonstrate its breakthrough wireless broadband and wireless cordless phones. Global WiFi Plus is testing its service for worldwide rights to begin marketing in Miami, Florida and Ft. Lauderdale. Mr. Morf has been involved in the development and marketing of computer and compression technology for more than 20 years.
