FleetCor Selects eCredit to Automate Collections Processing

Bringing together collections activities involving external legal counsel and core internal systems, nFusion will be used by a growing staff of collectors serving FleetCor's Fuelman Fleetcard customers as well as its FleetNet, Mannatec, and Private Label clients.
In early 2004, FleetCor began to evaluate collections automation solutions from several vendors to replace its existing processing model. The solution that best served its current needs and accommodated for future expansion was eCredit nFusion, providing rapid and straightforward solutions to help improve the speed of collections, including workflow assignments, escalation capability, exceptions and dispute management, and collector reporting metrics.
