Successful Startup Appoints Senior Vice President to Forge Entry Into New Markets

BETHESDA, Md., Dec. 13 /PRNewswire/ -- Epok, the leader in Identity Rights Management, announced today that Frank Sacco has joined the Epok executive team as Senior Vice President, Global Sales and Business Development. In this new role, Mr. Sacco will assume responsibility for penetrating the mobile network, government and financial services markets.

In his career, Frank draws upon a broad base of expertise, leading sales teams for infrastructure products in identity management, directory servers and electronic data interchange. Most recently, he served as Vice President of Sales at Mercator, where he dramatically expanded its sales effort and increased profitability, leading to the company's acquisition. Mr. Sacco has also held senior sales management positions at America Online, Netscape and Mercury Interactive. In addition to a successful track record in technical product sales, Frank led successful go-to-market initiatives based on vertical solutions for infrastructure products and has deep experience bringing Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) solutions to the marketplace. Leveraging his expertise in these key areas, he will be instrumental in helping Epok gain further traction in the mobile wireless network, government and financial markets.
