DJs Remix L.A. at Natural History Museum on January 7th
Groundbreaking Exhibit L.A: light / motion / dreams Comes Alive for Closing
Celebration
What: L.A. Remixed, a late night event featuring the first ever remix
of a major museum exhibition. Los Angeles artists take the
videos in L.A: light / motion / dreams as source material for new
compositions to be played in the exhibit throughout the night.
Video DJs will add to the mix by cutting live in the exhibit and
alongside the musicians. L.A. Remixed is part of the dynamic
ongoing First Fridays performance series that makes exhibits come
alive at the museum. The First Friday of every month features a
new evening event linked to a museum exhibit.
