Cambridge Telephone Selects Switchmaxx Unified Self-Care(TM) With Integrated Web Voicemail

WICHITA, Kan., Dec. 1 /PRNewswire/ -- Phonetics LC announced today that Cambridge Telephone signed a contract to purchase its Switchmaxx Unified Self- Care(TM) ( http://www.switchmaxx.com/ ) solution with integrated Voicemaxx(TM) Web Voicemail. Cambridge will soon offer its business and residential customers the ability to order and manage voice, Internet and wireless services through a simple, point-and-click Web interface.

Cambridge Telephone ( http://www.ctcweb.net/ ) is an incumbent local exchange carrier (ILEC) serving clients in West-Central Idaho. Switchmaxx will enable their customers to shop, order, provision and manage all of their voice features, including Web voicemail and five new custom calling features. Web voicemail lets subscribers retrieve, forward, save and delete voice messages using a simple visual interface. Cambridge customers will also be able to order wireless and Internet services through the branded Web portal.
