Media General to Webcast CSFB Media and Telecom Week Presentation

RICHMOND, Va., Dec. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Media General, Inc. (NYSE:MEG) will provide a live Webcast of its presentation at the Credit Suisse First Boston Media and Telecom Week conference on Tuesday, December 7, 2004. J. Stewart Bryan III, chairman and chief executive officer; Marshall N. Morton, vice chairman and chief financial officer; and Reid Ashe, president and chief operating officer, will provide an update on the company's business, strategies, and management's outlook for the fourth quarter 2004 and next year. Media General's presentation will take place at 1:30 p.m. at The Plaza Hotel in New York City.
