Allin Corporation Expands Microsoft Business Solutions Operations

Announces the Acquisition of Two Firms in Pittsburgh

PITTSBURGH, Dec. 1 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Allin Corporation (BULLETIN BOARD: ALLN) , an information technology consulting company, announced that it has acquired the operations of two Pittsburgh-based Microsoft Business Solutions providers. The acquisition of Information Designs was completed late last year and Allin has expanded its reach in this market segment with the recent acquisition of Computer Resources, a business unit of McCrory & McDowell LLC. Both firms are Microsoft Business Solutions Partners and market Microsoft's accounting and customer relationship management software along with technical consulting services to implement and support the offerings.

"We are pleased to have been able to come to agreement with two of the top providers of Microsoft Business Solutions in the Greater Pittsburgh market place," commented Tim O'Shea, managing director of Allin Consulting's Pittsburgh operations. "Microsoft is placing increased emphasis on business applications. The combination of Information Designs' and Computer Resources' expertise in the Microsoft Business Solutions products and Allin's proven capabilities in delivering collaborative and technology infrastructure solutions will position Allin to take advantage of Microsoft's push in this area and provide Business Solutions customers with a single provider to service all of their technology needs."

Mike McDowell, managing member of McCrory & McDowell LLC, stated, "Our number one priority in looking for a partner for our Microsoft Business Solutions practice was to ensure that our clients would receive the best of care. We did a lot of research in the Pittsburgh market and Allin continually came out at the top for customer service. We look forward to continuing to work with Allin to expand both of our businesses and are confident that our clients will be very happy with the results of this combination."

"Allin is the premier Microsoft partner in the Pittsburgh market," commented Gary Krist, principal of Information Designs. "We felt that the combination of our two firms made a lot of sense and this has been substantiated over the past year. Integrating the Computer Resources staff and customer base will further extend our reach making Allin one of the largest Microsoft Business Solutions partners in the region."

The addition of Computer Resources is not expected to alter the current financial forecast that Allin's management provided with its third quarter earnings release on November 3, 2004.
