3DIcon Decries 'Corporate Identity Theft'
Innocent Companies Victimized by Unsolicited Fax Scourge
TULSA, Okla., Dec. 27 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- 3DIcon Corporation (OTC Pink Sheets: TDCP), a communications development company, issued this statement by its founder and CEO, Martin Keating:
"We have just learned that someone or some group is again attempting to use our corporate name to promote stock sales via unsolicited faxes. 3DIcon has never authorized, participated in, or condoned such activity, and we will cooperate fully with any Federal or state regulatory or law enforcement agency to help end this abuse.
