OVERLAND PARK, Kan., July 26, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Overland Resource Group announced four new podcasts in its growing series "Profiles in Leadership, Collaboration and Employee Engagement." Each podcast is a candid conversation with leading experts, authors, and researchers in the fields of organizational change, conflict resolution, and leadership, plus leaders of corporations and government agencies, and their representing unions. These are stories about the extraordinary results that diverse organizations achieved by experimenting with alternative approaches to working collaboratively, empowering employees, and leading more creatively.

-- Dan Hesse, past president and CEO of Sprint (2007-2014), and current
member of the board of directors of PNC Financial Services Corp,

-- Lee Bolman and Joan Gallos, authors of "Engagement: Transforming
Difficult Relationships at Work," discuss their SURE model, and how
managing difficult people and working effectively with them is a
necessary leadership skill-set. Bolman holds the Marion Block/Missouri
Chair in Leadership at University of Missouri-Kansas City. Previously,
he taught at Carnegie Mellon and Harvard Graduate School of Education.
Gallos, currently a professor of leadership at Wheelock College formerly
served as director of the Executive MBA Program at the Bloch School of
Management at the University of Missouri-Kansas City.
-- Sydney Finklestein, the Steven Roth Professor of Management at Tuck
School of Business at Dartmouth College and director of Tuck's Center of
Leadership, about his acclaimed best-seller "Superbosses: How
Exceptional Leaders Master the Flow of Talent." Superbosses appears on
