"There's no denying the charm of Pam and other administrative professionals on TV," said Brandi Britton, a district president for OfficeTeam. "Much like these fictional characters, real-life receptionists, office managers and assistants gracefully navigate a variety of challenging situations to keep the office running smoothly."

Britton added, "Support staff don't always get recognized for their many accomplishments and contributions to their companies. These employees deserve a round of applause during Administrative Professionals Week and throughout the year."

As part of its Administrative Professionals Week celebration, OfficeTeam is offering a free webinar, "An Insider's Guide to Success in the Changing Administrative Profession," on Tuesday, April 26, 2016, at 11 a.m. PDT. It will highlight how to adapt to emerging trends, build skills and improve marketability.
