BURBANK, Calif., April 25, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Fans of Disney's animated classic, DISNEY'S THE LITTLE MERMAID, will now have another chance to see 'DISNEY'S THE LITTLE MERMAID LIVE IN CONCERT' at the Hollywood Bowl on Monday, June 6. The first two nights of this concert event sold out within hours when it was announced that an all-star cast of performers would be singing the songs from the Oscar® and Grammy®-winning score as the film plays on the Bowl's movie screen accompanied by a full, live orchestra. Tickets for the third and final concert go on sale at ticketmaster.com at 10:00am Pacific on Wednesday, April 27.

For this performance, Disney Legend JODI BENSON will be singing in the role of Ariel. She joins REBEL WILSON ("Pitch Perfect 1 & 2" and "How To Be Single") as Ursula and the singing cast which includes JOHN STAMOS ("Grandfathered") as Chef Louis, TITUSS BURGESS ("Unbreakable Kimmy Schmidt") as Sebastian (whom he originally played on Broadway in DISNEY'S THE LITTLE MERMAID), NORM LEWIS ("Porgy and Bess" and "Scandal") as King Triton (whom he also originally played on Broadway in DISNEY'S THE LITTLE MERMAID), DARREN CRISS ("Glee") as Prince Eric and JOSHUA COLLEY (Broadway's "A Bronx Tale: The Musical") as Flounder.

For this performance only, the Opening Guest Stars will include original Disney animation voice talents SUSAN EGAN, who was Meg in the Disney animated feature film HERCULES as well as the first Belle on Broadway in DISNEY'S BEAUTY AND THE BEAST, and BRAD KANE who was the singing voice of ALADDIN in Disney's animated feature film.

This will be a special family event at the Hollywood Bowl filled with an ocean of treats including a fireworks spectacular, costume contest, and other surprises.

As DISNEY'S THE LITTLE MERMAID plays on the Hollywood Bowl's movie screen, a 71-piece orchestra and 12-person choir will be performing the film's Oscar-winning score and songs live to film.

Beloved musical numbers from DISNEY'S THE LITTLE MERMAID including "Under the Sea," "Kiss the Girl," "Poor Unfortunate Souls" and "Part of Your World" will be performed live on stage by the all-star cast, accompanied by orchestra. Also in store will be performances of a few of the songs from the Tony®-nominated Broadway adaptation of DISNEY'S THE LITTLE MERMAID with music by Alan Menken and lyrics by Glenn Slater. Music Supervisors for the show are Grammy®-nominees JULIA MICHELS & JULIANNE JORDAN ("Pitch Perfect 1 & 2").

The concept of performing an animated musical live to film was embraced enthusiastically last Halloween by sold-out crowds with DISNEY'S TIM BURTON'S THE NIGHTMARE BEFORE CHRISTMAS LIVE IN CONCERT AT THE HOLLYWOOD BOWL. The producing team has reunited to present DISNEY'S THE LITTLE MERMAID LIVE IN CONCERT AT THE HOLLYWOOD BOWL. The producers are Andrew Hewitt & Bill Silva Presents, Laura Engel & Richard Kraft and Tim Fox & Alison Ahart Williams, in association with Disney Concerts. Concert creative direction is by Richard Kraft.

DISNEY'S THE LITTLE MERMAID LIVE IN CONCERT is produced under license by Disney Concerts, a division of ABC Inc. Disney Concerts currently licenses 14 different concert packages including, Fantasia, Pixar In Concert, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Alice In Wonderland, Frozen, Ratatouille, The Pirates of the Caribbean series (episodes I-IV), and Silly Symphonies, which last year accounted for approximately 325 performances in some of the world's top venues including Lincoln Center, Royal Albert Hall, Sydney Opera House, Tokyo Forum and the Hollywood Bowl.

Doors will open at 6:30PM with a costume contest to follow, and the concert begins at 8:00PM.
