NEW YORK, April 6, 2016 /PRNewswire/ -- Winston Baker, the leading global producer of film finance conferences, is eagerly anticipating its "8th Annual TV and Film Finance Forum East," which will be taking place at the Dream Downtown in New York City on April 13, 2016, just a few weeks after the company successfully produced conferences in Los Angeles and China, where speakers such as Dick Cook, Cheryl Boone Isaacs, Jonathan King, Paul Haggis, Alfonso Cuaron, Gary Lucchesi, and Basil Iwanyk were featured.

Commissioner Menin was appointed Commissioner of the New York City Mayor's Office of Media and Entertainment (MOME) shortly after Mayor Bill de Blasio announced that the city's filmed entertainment industry contributed $8.7 billion to the local economy.
